Mid Devon District Council owns and manages Lords Meadow Leisure Centre which was built in 1997. The council are planning to implement the refurbishment of the wet side changing area and is seeking to appoint suitably experienced and qualified contractor/consortium to complete the following works:
Lot 1: Resin floor lining within the wet side changing room area, toilets and upstands
Lot 2: Replacement of wet side changing cubicles, lockers, toilet cubicles, toilets, sinks, benches and vanity area
