OPD PHEX replacement

â¢Replacement of Plate Heat Exchangers ( PHEX ) & associated ancillary equipment Including 8 no pump sets, Replacement of Water Softening Plant , Refurbishment / replacement of Condensate receiver .

â¢Partial refurbishment of Plant room including ancillary equipment , pipework & fittings .

Pathology PHEX replacement

â¢Replacement of 2 steam sets to LTHW Phex's & 2 steam to HWS Phex's including all ancillary equipment , pipework & fittings .

â¢Replacement of 3 pump sets

â¢Refurbishment of Condensate receiver

â¢Investigation into under performing pumps & heating circuits
