Managed Service for Oracle Database Estate

The Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead (RBWM) is seeking suppliers who are experienced in and can provide a managed service for its Oracle database estate including 24/7/365 monitoring with immediate response for mission critical environments as well as general administration, health checks, installations, patch management, best practice advice and consultancy services.

• Organisation name and company registration number.
• Details of relevant company experience in providing the required services including any public sector experience.
• Evidence of your organisation being an Oracle gold partner or above.
• Your organisation's in date ISO 27001 accreditation.
• Your organisation's in date Cyber Essentials or Cyber Essentials Plus accreditation. This is a desirable requirement and suppliers who do not have this accreditation will not necessarily be discounted.
