Ipswich Borough Council requires a contractor to undertake fire reinstatement works to two flats at Jasmine Close, Ipswich.

Both properties have suffered fire damage and require all affected areas to be rectified. The works include general reinstatement works including potential asbestos removal, scaffolding, roofing, carpentry, plumbing, kitchen and bathroom refurbishment, internal repairs, testing of services, mechanical and electrical renewals and internal / external redecoration works.
