Wokingham Borough Council (WBC) is in the process of reviewing its future service requirements for responsive repairs and maintenance services for social housing properties.
This review includes researching the supplier market to build our knowledge of contractors and their service capabilities, and gain an understanding of contractors approach to collaboration, innovation, and the delivery of service efficiencies that could be considered for adoption to best support WBC's housing team and to deliver the best outcomes for WBC's tenants.
WBC is conducting a soft market testing exercise and are seeking contractors to participate in a virtual event on 20th July 2023.
