The Authority has recently deployed a Teams Telephony Solution (with direct routing) and in its customer support contact centre, utilising Anywhere 365 for contact centre functionality. At the same time a large insource programme of work was taking place that required another call centre service. The original contract could not be modified to include the second. The decision to single tender to the same supplier was made for CORPORATE PROJECT SOLUTIONS LIMITED. This contract will only be in place for 17 months following which the contract will be procured for all contract centre services.
