Ongo Homes (OH) wish to enter into a Contractors Framework Agreement to put in place an approved list of providers in respect of general repair and maintenance works across the organisation. The Framework Agreement will run for an initial 2-year period with the option to extend for a further 2 x 12-month periods. The Framework Agreement has been split into 11 lots as follows: -
