This work is to design and deliver a new brand, integrated communications strategy, framework and campaign for T Levels. The new campaign will be launched in September 2019. Contracted agency will act as lead creative agency for the integrated brand communication and engagement framework for T Levels, working with DfE and its delivery bodies to implement the national marketing campaign. This will include:

⢠audience analysis - particularly for parents, young people and employers.
⢠brand and creative strategy - for T Levels
⢠portfolio strategy for wider tech ed reform
⢠complete campaign solution - balancing national and regional targeted communications
⢠media strategy development
⢠planning, design and execution of the campaign
⢠model for how the T Level campaign should mature over the roll out period to 2027 (see annex 2)
