South West Yorkshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (SWYFT) are seeking a experienced provider or providers to support in delivering evidence-based interventions to CYP for mild-moderate mental health concerns, as part of an initiative to reduce waiting times in the Kirklees area. This is a time limited piece of work due to funding and will support the Kirklees Mental Health Support Team (MHST) and the Children's Emotional Wellbeing Service (ChEWS).
