London Borough of Barnet wish to appoint a supplier to provide Hybrid Meeting/Webcast Solution this will be through delivery of a service and supply contract providing the following:
1. The initial installation of the hardware (microphones, cameras, equipment, etc.) and provision of warranties.
2. The ongoing maintenance and support cost of the webcasting and/or hybrid meeting equipment for the duration of the contract term
3. Disposal of obsolete equipment in accordance with WEEE Regulations 2013 (as amended)
This requirement is to be provided at Hendon Town Hall, The Burroughs, London NW4 4BG.
