Woodside Flats Midsomer Norton - EWI, Windows & Remedial works

The Project is to be known as 'Woodside - External Wall Insulation, Window Replacement & Fire Remedial Works'.

The refurbishment works will include but are not limited to:

o Scaffold erection and striking to suit the phased works o Replace majority of existing windows o New external wall system - insulated render.

o Works to repair and waterproof external balconies and walkways.

o Fire remedial works including replacement flat entrance doors to upper properties, improvement and upgrading of fire compartmentation.

o All associated design, testing, commissioning, and certification as required.
