Bidders should be aware that under this Call-Off Contract(s) they will be required to transfer Service Users from this block purchase arrangement to a spot purchase arrangement (under separate Call-Off Contracts) within eight weeks of each referral. Bidders must therefore have ability and capacity to operate on a spot purchase basis in the relevant areas within that timeframe
