SW9 is inviting expressions of interest from suitably experienced and qualified service providers to provide an estate services contract to communal areas in general rented, sheltered schemes, shared ownership and leasehold properties.
Estate Services will broadly comprise internal and external cleaning, window cleaning services, bulk waste, graffiti removal and ground maintenance services.
