Sunderland City Council ("SCC") wishes to appoint a supplier to provide hardware and software, which allows SCC to undertake video surveys of the highway network, which uploads the surveys onto a condition analysis and display software system.
The system must provide a secure online cloud hosted video survey software that allows staff to undertake carriageway condition and road sign surveys.
