This Professional Services Framework (Construction Programme) will be a single-supplier Framework Agreement where the appointed Consultant will act as the lead consultant and will assemble a professional team.\r

It is envisaged the team will comprise of the following disciples (but not limited to), reporting to the OREC Project Programme Manager and OREC Governance Board as required:\r

ââ¬Â¢ Architect;\r
ââ¬Â¢ Civil Engineering;\r
ââ¬Â¢ Structural Engineer;\r
ââ¬Â¢ Building Services / M&E Engineer;\r
ââ¬Â¢ Building Surveyor;\r
ââ¬Â¢ CDM Coordinator and;\r
ââ¬Â¢ Lead Consultant.
