Telford & Wrekin Council wishes to appoint a single provider to facilitate the Enhanced DBS process for sole traders/individuals who may deliver services to the Council.
Therefore, we are looking for an umbrella body/organisation who can do the following:
â¢Carry out Enhanced DBS checks for individuals
â¢Carry out ID verification checks for individuals (i.e. via Virtual means or face to face checks where appropriate)
â¢Invoice/collect payment from applicants directly for Enhanced DBS/ID check

There is no financial commitment from the Council.
Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
