The aim of this contract is to ensure that the councils assets, be they buildings, open spaces, car parks, water course, parks, footpaths and fencing are repaired and replaced, renewed as and when required and that this work is carried out in a competent and professional manner. As part of the service there will be a requirement to provide an Out of Hours service to further support issues that may arise as a result damage or disrepair to our stock.
This contract is for an initial term of 4 years with the option to extend for a further 4 years. It has an estimated contract value of £1million per annum.
