Contribute to the investigation of the causes of a fatal incident where a member of the public was struck by a falling tree in The Carrs Park, Chancel Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire, SK9 4AA on 28 August 2020.
1. Undertake a site visit to inspect all parts of the tree that was involved in the inci-dent including the trunk stump, limbs, boughs and branches and obtain other rele-vant information about the site.
2. Critically review relevant documents provided by ANSA Environmental Services Ltd.
3. Provide preliminary opinion in letter format giving consideration to the following principal issues:
