Oxfordshire County Council (OCC) has a statutory duty to render domestic abuse services for the benefit of our community.
The provision of services is one of 4 key strategic priorities set out in the Oxfordshire Safe Accommodation Strategy as well as the Overarching Domestic Abuse Strategy published in 2022. This service specifies provision of services meeting the required standards set out in the Domestic Abuse Act 2021 to include the needs of minority groups and individuals with care and support needs to improve their health outcomes and address inequalities.

There is an option to extend for up to 2 years in aggregate. The highest range of oontract value includes the optional extension period plus an allowance for additional funding , should that be made available during the life of the contract.
