Brief Description of Requirement
This report is intended to inform the scoping of a prospective pre-competitive research andinnovation programme for a sustainable ocean economy and coastal communities, with a particular emphasis on understanding the potential contribution of the environmental sciences to address the business and/or policy challenges in a multi/interdisciplinary and whole-systems approach.

This contract will be awarded based on the evaluation criteria as set out in the ITQ document.
