The Enterprise Approach Project (EAP) is addressing the challenge that there are insufficient skilled personnel within the Defence sector to deliver and sustain both current and future Defence outputs. The Project's contention is that this problem requires a fundamental change to how we think about the generation, utilisation and sustainment of the wider Defence skills base.
