Dorset HealthCare University NHS Foundation Trust is largest provider of community and mental health services in Dorset. We are currently looking to appoint a contractor(s) to conduct planned preventative maintenance on all the Trust Air Conditioning, Heat Pump, Ventilation & Refrigeration units located at various sites across Dorset. There will be 5 Lots.
The successful contractor(s) will be expected to conduct a comprehensive planned preventative maintenance service including reactive works on an ad-hoc basis for all the Trusts assets in conjunction with the lots specified above. The contractor(s) will also be required to provide the necessary infrastructure to be able support the Trust with the planned routine visits and the reactive call outs in accordance with the specification.
