WYP are looking to award contract to a TRiM training provider for an initial 2 year period with two further options to extend for 12 months (2+1+1). WYP anticipate that the contract will be awarded around October 2022, with initial training courses starting after a brief mobilisation period.
The ultimate purpose of the contract is to help to deliver a sustainable TRiM support offering to the employees of WYP in the longer term. It should secure the provision of consistent TRiM delivery by training TRiM volunteers in understanding likely reactions to traumatic incidents and the completion of risk assessments.
