The Council is looking for a high quality design and build contractor to undertake the next stage of regeneration at Ockford Ridge which will be the development of 17 new-build, affordable living units. The development, which comprises a mixture of flats (1no 1 bed and 1no 2 bed) and 2, and 3 bedroomed houses along with associated parking and landscaping, will have a value of around £3.5 million.
The tender will be ran in two stages, the selection stage will go live in November 2019 using the standard PAS 91:2013+A1:2017 selection questionnaire to pre qualify suitably experienced contractors, following which 4-7 contractors will be invited to tender stage, to go live in January 2020 with a view to the works commencing in October 2020. All dates are subject to change.
