The University of Salford wish to procure the services of a Principal Contractor to undertake lighting upgrade works to various building on the University of Salford, Peel Park campus, Salford M5 4WT. The University is on a pathway to achieving Net Zero Carbon by 2038. This Lighting and Controls Scheme forms part of that journey and aims to improve the efficiency of the estate whilst improving the quality of lighting to improve our student experience.
The project will briefly consist of; the strip out of existing light fittings and associated wiring, installation of new fittings and lighting controls, including emergency fittings, installation of temporary access provisions, making good and commissioning works.
