The Materials and Chemical Characterisation Facility (MC²) at the University of Bath requires a high-resolution carbon coater and a high-resolution sputter coater suitable for imaging samples in a high-resolution FE-SEM. A glow discharge unit (either external or incorporated into one of the coaters) is also required as part of this tender.
