On the 6th March 2022 the Fishing Vessel Njord capsized in International Waters 100 miles off the coast of Norway. Work is required to undertake an analysis of the stability of the vessel to assist with prosecution.
All work in scope of the requirement is of specialist nature and the MCA requires the assistance of a Naval Architect to have knowledge of fishing vessel stability and a track record of giving expert evidence in a Scottish Court.
