Provision of Investment Services for OSPT

This contract is for the provision of Investment Services for the Official Solicitor and for the Public Trustee.

The business need is for the provision of investment advice to the Official Solicitor and to the Public Trustee in respect of their current estates and trusts and for future cases.

The key requirements are:

• Provision of investment advice by a fully qualified Investment Manager (whose activities are professionally regulated);
• Provision of associated management information (MI) in line with the schedule set out in the below Management Information (MI) section;
• Provision of monthly consolidated valuation reports;
• The Investment Manager must provide a contract note for each sale or purchase at the point of transaction. The contract note shall be emailed to the relevant case manager;
• The Investment Manager will accept all funds that are referred to the Investment Manager (without reference to the value of the Fund or otherwise);
• Contribute to the stewardship accounts;
• Must comply to the Trustee Act 2000
