The University is looking for a new flow cytometer. The flow cytometer package should meet the following specification:

Must be suitable for bench top use.

• Has 4 lasers (405nm, 488nm, 651nm and 631nm)
• Conduct up to 16 fluorochromes and 19 parameters to conduct deep and broad phenotyping.
• Has 16 colour detectors including 450nm, 530nm, 570nm,610nm,700nm, and 780nm.
• Simultaneous detection of large and small particles that can detect sizes from 100nm to 1ooonm
• Include industry standard software.
• Include all ancillary equipment e.g., displays, cleaning solutions etc
