The Contracting Authority is conducting a soft market testing exercise to help inform a future procurement strategy in connection with how best to deliver its HWMP. The Contracting Authority is considering a range of options, including term contracts and frameworks, to deliver its HWMP. This PIN seeks to explore different delivery models to assist the Contracting Authority in defining its procurement requirements and to appraise itself of current best practice in the market as well as market interest and capability to undertake all required works. Participants are required to complete a short questionnaire (survey) as further detailed in this PIN.
