This is a Request for Information to support Stonewater to understand options within the market for Reward solutions to encourage Customer engagement with digital solutions and Rent interaction. Stonewater are looking to develop their service requirements further and to understand what options and solutions are available to meet the Rewards Program objectives.

The requirements within the attached document a high level at this stage describing key considerations and expectations of a Rewards Solution. We require interested suppliers to come forward and provide further details of reward services or solutions offered that could support the Rewards Program. Stonewater are open to creative and innovative solutions that can still provide tangible benefits for customers and value for money.
