The scope of the Contract is the provision cleaning services to Yorkshire Housing properties, including but not limited to:

â¢General needs properties

â¢Sheltered schemes

â¢Community centres

The scope of cleaning services shall include, but not be limited to:

â¢Entrance halls

â¢Landings

â¢Corridors

â¢Lobbies

â¢Staircases

â¢Balconies

â¢Internal glass and communal windows

â¢Internal and external communal entrance doors and glass

â¢Lifts

â¢Intake cupboards

â¢Dry risers

â¢Meter cupboards

â¢Communal lighting

â¢Litter and waste removal (including fly tipping)

â¢Internal bin stores

â¢Rubbish chutes

â¢Hopper heads

â¢Graffiti removal

â¢Removal of sharps and broken glass

â¢Kitchen areas

â¢Communal dining rooms

â¢Communal lounges

â¢Bathrooms

â¢Shower rooms

The cleaning services shall be delivered across the entire Yorkshire Housing operational area:

â¢South Yorkshire
