Refurbishment works to 35 Woodlands Road, Witney

Reside With Progress (RWP) are seeking an experienced Contractor to complete refurbishment and garage conversion works on one of their properties 35 Woodlands Rd, Witney. RWP intend to source a compliant Contractor to take on the adaptation and refurbishment works to this existing domestic property. The Contractor will need to be fully compliant with all Health and Safety regulations and any other industry requirements. In summary, the works include the following;

• Garage conversion, internal alterations and refurbishment works within the existing property to form tenant and staff quarters.
• Associated plumbing and M&E services to the refurbishment.
• Associated decoration and new floor finishes throughout the property.
• Groundwroks to the front and rear areas.

Site Visits

All contractors MUST visit site prior to submitting a tender. The property will be opened up and available for inspection on Wednesday 20th December 2023 between 10.00am and 2.00pm. Only this date and time will be made available for internal inspection. It is an open house and no appointment is necessary.
