Appointment of a multi-disciplinary team for design and delivery of proposed mixed-use development at the Former M&S Store site, 32 Gaolgate Street, Stafford ST16 2NT

This procurement is focused on the re-development of the Former M&S Store at Gaolgate Street to provide a new mixed-use development offering an attractive setting for town centre residential living. This will be complimented with easy access to shops, urban market pods, food & beverage units and a gymnasium; all flanked along a vibrant pedestrian thoroughfare route between the existing Stafford Bus Station and Gaolgate Street, improving connectivity on the high street.
