The works will include the construction of four buildings between 4-10 storeys to provide 117no. zero carbon, modular, residential units (100% social rent) (Use Class C3) together with the provision of a nursery (417 sqm), community space (47 sqm) (Use Class D1), associated public realm, play space, accessible parking spaces and the re-provision of a substation. The site is owned and managed by the Royal Borough.
