As part of W&F Councils Planned Maintenance Programme - Corporate Properties, works are required to Walney Library to include:
⢠Attendance for decant / reinstatement of library goods and equipment;
⢠Removal of ACM ceilings and replacement with new suspended ceilings;
⢠Electrical works to include new distribution board, new LED lighting, new power, emergency lighting, fire alarm, security alarm;
⢠Replacement of flat roof covering with new insulated Bauder built up felt system;
