Description

Terms for purchase of Box Cloud Content Management Solution.

Box will partner with the Customer using an agile approach, to:

Explore and document 'as-is' and 'to-be' process and workflows, working with the Innovation team and key stakeholders
Align on scope required for 'MVP' prototype
Agree success criteria, metrics and methods of evaluation for respective criteria
Design and execute stakeholder engagement model for PoC evaluation
Build out configuration in Box to support MVP requirements
Deploy MVP to stakeholders for evaluation
Work with the Innovation team to consolidate feedback from stakeholders, and summary findings against KPI metrics
In collaboration with the Innovation team, produce executive-level write-up of results from the PoC, and go-forward recommendations
