The University of Leicester wishes to enter into contract(s) for the provision of planned and reactive maintenance services of the University's ventilation and cooling systems. The procurement is split into 3 lots, lot 1 for ventilation systems maintenance, lot 2 for cooling systems maintenance and the third for a 'one-stop-shop' combined bid for ventilation and cooling. The University will award contracts for lot 1 and 2, or 3.
The contract(s) are for 3 years from 1 February 2023 to 31 January 2026 with an option to extend for a further 24 months to 31 January 2028.
