Housing Development Partner Preliminary Market Consultation (PMC)

The Authority aims to go out to tender in late 2021 to procure a Development Partner, to deliver housing on the Former Western School and Playing Field Site, Grimsby and Matthew Humberstone Playing Field, Cleethorpes, commencing 2021 and building out at pace over the coming years, in line with our grant funding agreement with Homes England.

This Preliminary Market Consultation (PMC) exercise aims to consult with the market in order to help shape the final delivery mechanism that provides outcomes for both the local community, delivers on our obligations for 'Homes England' and supports local jobs growth.
