Short breaks request for information
Short breaks are opportunities for disabled children and young people to have time away from their families or primary carers, to relax and have fun. They also provide parents and carers of disabled children with a necessary and valuable break from their caring responsibilities.
Southwark Council is currently reviewing its short breaks service provision for SEND children with a view to going out to tender late 2019/early 2020 for a new service provision commencing October 2020. Further information and the questionnaire to fill out are available on the ProContract portal.
