Proposed Extension at Kingsley Drive, Harrogate

The Council requires the construction of a single storey extension to form an additional bedroom and bathroom to a privately owned dwelling.

Bidders are being asked to provide a quotation for the above works. This work has been assessed by an Occupational Therapist and is delivered and managed under the Council's statutory responsibilities, known as the Home Adaptations Service, for works which relate to the provision of adaptations (and associated minor works), for persons with disabilities.

Contractors will be asked to submit the following:-

• A Method Statement

• Risk Assessments

• Training and Qualification records for employees
