SCFT Data Modelling

Sussex Community NHS Foundation Trust required the provision of Data Modelling.

Platform services via G-Cloud 13 Framework Agreement (RM1557.13), Lot 3: Cloud Support

This contract consists of:

1. Workforce data: requirements gathering and data modelling

• Work collaboratively with the Buyer to map out systems in scope, current reporting outputs and data flows.
• Run one or more stakeholder workshops to gather 'User Stories' which will identify requirements of the data.
• Develop a data model to meet the requirements of current reporting outputs and the 'User Stories' identified in the workshop.

2. The workforce activities in scope are:

• Human resources records about staff members such as demographics, sickness, pay bands, role, and team (held in the NHS ESR IT system)
• Rostering (Allocate HealthRoster)
• Learning and development (a Totara learning management system) Recruitment (TRAC)

The contract was awarded to Red Olive via a direct award.
