Eastlands II is one of the older buildings in Basingstoke Town Centre being grade II listed and is an attractive Georgian building with a featured entrance point, sash windows and a pitched slate roof. Individual rooms are arranged over ground and first floors as offices and meeting rooms, with some ancillary space in the basement area.\r
