Plymouth City Council (PCC) is seeking to appoint a suitable consortium of consultants to help develop the UK's first National Marine Park. PCC would like to engage with prospective operators/consultancy for this unique and extremely significant initiative, which will help to shape the development and delivery of the Plymouth Sound National Marine Park.
