West Kent Housing Association is seeking tenders from suitably experienced and qualified service providers to deliver its Lift Servicing and Maintenance requirements from March 2025.
The Contract will cover the maintenance and servicing and may also include associated design and planning supervisory services for a number of passenger lifts at properties owned or managed by the Client members and their subsidiaries.
