Potential Service Providers need to demonstrate clear and extensive expertise and experience of working with and delivering courses to eligible 18-29 year olds who are not in employment, education or training (NEET) and to demonstrate being skilled at dealing with challenging behavior and have an understanding of the issues that vulnerable individuals may have from disadvantaged backgrounds when delivering a short introduction to security course.
