A contractor is sought to undertake fit out works to a heritage building in Hexham, Northumberland that will be used primarily as affordable housing.
Tyne and Wear Building Preservation Trust is a small charity that has recently bought a vacant building that needs to be restored before re-use, The works will be part funded by the Hexham High Streets Heritage Action Zone that includes funding from Historic England and Northumberland County Council.
