SURVEY TOOL TO CAPTURE THE SKILLS AND LEARNING GAINED FROM ENGAGEGMENT

This project builds on previously HEE contracted research which developed a validated psychometric questionnaire that measures the personal and professional development and learning which an individual gains from participation in global health activities. It is important that the learning gained from these activities is identified and captured in a standardised way so that 1) NHS staff can use experiences to evidence personal and professional development (PPD) 2) organisations can quantify the benefits of supporting staff to engage in activities and 3) the evidence base can be further developed to support research.
