The University sought the services for replacement works at Building 27 - Chemistry - a part of Ilka labs is fed by a Mitsubishi VRV System. The Condenser unit is located outside on mezzanine plantroom, the existing 6x indoor units can be found in rooms 2022, 2023 and 1043. Due to age and working conditions are poor, this Mitsubishi VRV System needs to be replaced completely with a similar Mitsubishi VRV System included with an additional indoor unit mounted in meeting room 2023a
