RFI for Out of Hours Telephone Answering Service

Herefordshire Council is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) for the purpose of establishing whether there are any UK based organisations, interested in providing an emergency out of hours telephone answering service within Herefordshire.

Herefordshire Council operate an emergency out of hours telephone service for members of the public, covering a number of different council areas, such as environmental health and trading standards, highways, homelessness and adult social care.

A procurement exercise is likely to be conducted in October / November 2024, following the necessary financial and governance procedures. The procurement route has not yet been decided.
